Optimism has released its Q1 2024 report, which shows that the number of daily active addresses has reached 89,000 (a 23% increase compared to the previous period), and the daily transaction volume has increased to 470,000 (a 39% increase compared to the previous period). These indicators are slightly lower than the historical high point in Q3 2023.
The stablecoin market value on the OP mainnet has reached 809 million US dollars (a 32% increase compared to the previous period). Over the past six months, the market value of USDT on the OP mainnet has soared to 512 million US dollars (a 64% increase compared to the previous period), accounting for 63% of the total market value.
The implementation of EIP-4844 has reduced the submission cost of L1 by 99%, reducing the average daily cost from 420,000 US dollars in the previous weeks to 830 US dollars. The on-chain profit of the OP mainnet in Q1 2024 is 2 million US dollars (a 14% increase compared to the previous period).
