Welcome to the
P2P trading designed for users to swap local currencies with digital currencies. Users are allowed to create a USDT Buy Order or Sell Order based on the guidance price offered by the platform.
By using the services provided by the platform, you agree to and acknowledge the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Acceptance and Variation of Terms
If you do not agree with the Terms of Service, please do not use our platform. By using our platform or our services, you have irrevocably agreed to the terms and conditions. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to changes and republication. You should visit this page periodically, especially before conducting business, to review the current Terms of Service, as your continued use of the site will be deemed acceptance of any revisions. Nevertheless, we will endeavour to notify you of any changes to these Terms of Service and how they may materially affect your rights and obligations.
Your account can only be used by yourself. The platform will not be responsible for any asset loss caused by lending your account to others.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security and control over all IDs, passwords, personal identification numbers (PINs), or any other codes or credentials you use to access the Services. You may not sell, lend, share or otherwise provide access to your account or any necessary details to persons or entities other than yourself.
Your account must not contain misleading or fraudulent information, including but not limited to your phone number, credibility, country of origin, identification documents and other supporting documents.
We may ask you to complete our KYC process at any time or submit additional identification and other supporting documents to us as we deem necessary. Failure to complete KYC will be considered a breach of this Agreement.
Place an Order and Trade
With a registered account, you can create a USDT Buy Order or Sell Order to buy or
sel l USDT. The system will help you match a corresponding counterparty to initiate a USDT trade. By initiating a USDT trade, you agree to and accept the User Agreement of this site and the instant transaction price.
After a successful match, the crypto price will be locked. You cannot make any changes or add any fees to this transaction.
You must complete the payment in accordance with the valid payment details required by the platform. The platform is not responsible for any transaction disputes arising from the use of payment channels other than the payment methods provided by the platform's trading system.
The USDT will be held in escrow throughout the transaction until the seller confirms receipt of full payment.
In the event of a trading dispute, the buyer is required to provide proof of payment within 48 hours, including the transfer serial number. In cases where we have reason to believe that the buyer may be engaged in fraudulent activity, we may provide information about the buyer to the seller for the purpose of recovering funds and preventing or detecting fraudulence. Information will be disclosed to the extent we deem necessary for the above purposes, including but not limited to the buyer's contact information, login and transaction history and/or any details and records, and the data used by the buyer to complete the KYC process.
Digital Asset Trading Dispute
In the event of a trading dispute between a buyer and a seller, either party may negotiate through Customer Support. You irrevocably authorise the platform to decide to release the disputed digital currency to the Buyer based on evidence of payment under the transaction terms, user credibility, and the relevant provisions of the Privacy Policy.
If the buyer's order is automatically cancelled due to a time-out operation, the transaction is considered cancelled and cannot be disputed, overturned or changed.
It is considered a breach of this Agreement to provide fraudulent information or documents in a dispute, make a false claim, or otherwise attempt to force a transaction in your favour.
Monitoring, Suspension and Termination
If we discover any risk of fraudulence involved in your account that may endanger the platform or our users, we will temporarily restrict access to your account and your rights to services. In extreme cases, we may even terminate your account permanently.
In addition, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to suspend, restrict or terminate your account if:
1) We have reason to believe that you are using the Services in violation of local laws or regulations, or that you are using the Services in a fraudulent manner, or in violation of the purposes of this Agreement;
2) We have reason to believe that you have provided false, misleading or deceptive information in connection with your registration, KYC, trading or use of any of the services on the platform;
3) We have reasonable grounds to believe that, in utilizing any of Bitget's services, you have disseminated false, offensive, or abusive information that has resulted in harm to Bitget or its users.
Act in accordance with orders issued under any applicable law, regulation or authority.
