Step By Step Business Verification Guide

This document provides a clear guide on the actions that entity applicants need to take on each Page.

1. Please go to "Identity Verification" and choose "Business Verification" on the top right corner. Click "Verify".

2. Please fill in the entity information as instructed, then click "Next".

*Please ensure the information provided align with the official entity documents.

*Please also make sure a valid Office address is provided. Office address refers to where the entity is actually operated, so it should NOT be the Registered Agent'saddress, the Company Secretary's address or a P.O. box etc. If the entity is operated from home, please fill in the residential address where the entity is operated.

3. Please fill in further information about your business operating under the onboarding entity. Then verify your company email address and click "Next".

*Please verify the company email address by clicking "send verification code" accordingly. Then you will receive the verification code in the corresponding email address.

4. Please select the appropriate entity type carefully. It is important to choose the correct entity type to generate the accurate document list. Please note that if an incorrect entity type is selected, users will be required to refill and re-submit your application again.

5. After selecting the organization type, please upload the requested documents according to the populated document list. Then click "Next".

*All column with "!" are compulsory documents.

*If the file size exceeds 10MB, users can split it into smaller documents and upload them.

6. Please click "Add Affiliated Individuals" to add related individual parties including all Directors, Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO), Authorized Persons (AP) and Ultimate Controller.

7. Please fill in the information of all affiliated individuals accordingly, then click "Next".

***In most cases, all positions are compulsory. If an individual holds more than one position (e.g.He is the Director, Ultimate Beneficial Owner, Authorized Person and Ultimate Controller at the same time), you can click the dropdown manual and tick multiple selections.

*Missing related parties or information will result in re-submission of application.

8. Kindly be aware that it is necessary to disclose all beneficial owners who possess more than 25% ownership. The total ownership percentage of all beneficial owners should sum up to 100%. Then click "Next".

9. Please enter the information based on the identity document you have provided, and proceed to upload the front and back sides of the identification document as instructed. Then click "Next".

10. Please click "Add Affiliated Institution" to add related entities if applicable.

11. Please fill in the information corresponding to this affiliate entity. Then click "Next".

12. Please upload the registration documents of this affiliate entity accordingly. Then click "Next".

13. Please review and confirm the list of affiliated individuals and affiliated institutions and submit the application by clicking "Next" and "Submit".

14. You can always log in to the Bitget platform and review the status of your application on the business verification page. If additional documents or information are required from you, we will return the case to you and indicate the rejected reasons in red highlights for your convenience.

*Your Bitget platform registration email address will also receive a notification email that includes a comprehensive list of rejection reasons for your reference.
