FAQ - Deposit Not Credited

Here are some common reasons that your deposit is not credited:
1. Pending for network confirmation / Status: Unconfirmed
Your deposit will only be credited successfully once it meets the minimum required network confirmation. Please take note that each crypto coin has its minimum requirement.
2. Missing or wrong tag/memo for specific coins deposit
3. Your deposit is less than the minimum amount
Please note that the minimum required network is different for each crypto coin. You may check the details of each coin on the deposit page.
4. Smart Contract method
On Bitget, most crypto coin only supports Direct Transfer Method instead of transactions generated from Smart Contract. For any mis-deposit due to Smart Contract method, kindly submit a ticket through our Self-service / Support Center
5. Incorrect address which does not belong to Bitget
If you sent your crypto coin to an incorrect address which does not belong to Bitget, we are not able to assist. Please contact your withdrawal platform for further assistance.
6. Unlisted Coin or Unsupported Network/Chain
Bitget only supports on the listed coins and network/chain based on Bitget deposit page. In case of any mis-deposit due to these circumstances, kindly submit a refund request here.
