5. Your maximum account loss should be no greater than 30%, and your maximum position loss should be no greater than 40%. What does this mean?

The account will be reset only if both requirements are met.

Maximum account loss should be no greater than 30%: The account loss cannot exceed 30% of the initial account balance. For instance, if your account has an initial balance of 10,000 USDT and you incur a loss of 2000 USDT, your account loss would be calculated as follows: 2000 ÷ 10,000 × 100% = 20%.

Maximum position loss should be no greater than 40%: Each position (e.g., a long btcusdT position) cannot lose more than 40% of its value, and this is calculated based on the floating PnL. Position loss ratio = (position loss ÷ margin) × 100%For instance, if your position margin is 1000 USDT and the current floating loss of a position is 20 USDT, then the loss ratio would be calculated as follows: (20 ÷ 1000) × 100% = 2%.

6. When will my application for TraderPro be approved?

You will receive the review result within 1–3 hours. Thank you for your patience.

7. Users are required to meet the ROI requirement for 48 consecutive hours. How will that be calculated?

The trading target is that a demo account ROI is no less than 25%, so the calculation starts when the ROI reaches 25%, and the ROI is updated in real time.

During this period, you can conduct any operation on the position. As long as you maintain a ROI of at least 25% it will be considered as achieving this goal.

8. How to calculate the maximum loss in a single day?

Floating PnL will be calculated for the maximum loss in a single day.

Maximum loss in a single day = (current assets – account assets at 12:00 AM (UTC+8) of the same day) ÷ account assets at 12:00 AM (UTC+8) of the same day × 100%.

For instance, your account assets at 12:00 AM (UTC+8) today are 12,000 USDT, and your current account assets are 9000 USDT, then your loss ratio for the day would be (9000 – 12,000 ÷ 12,000) × 100% = 25%.

9. How long after resetting my account can I continue the challenge?

After a violation, you can choose to reset your account immediately or wait for an automatic reset after 24 hours. After the first three resets, you can continue the challenge immediately. However, the fourth violation will automatically disqualify you from the challenge, and you can participate again after 30 days.

10. How can we interpret inactive time' and 'inactive time for existing positions'?

Inactive time is the span of time when you have no positions and no trading activities are conducted, such as opening and closing a position.

Inactive time for existing positions is the span of time when you have positions but no operations are performed, such as adding, partially liquidating, and closing a position.
