1. Introduction
Desktop widgets are a feature that presents a small but useful and up-to-date piece of information in the most prominent position of the screen, helping users quickly understand the real-time changes of the currencies they are interested in.
2. How to add the widget
Step 1: On the desktop, tap and hold a blank space to enter the home screen editing mode. (iOS 14 or above is required to use the widget)
Step 2: Tap the top left corner and search for "Bitget".
Step 3: Swipe left or right to select your preferred widget, then tap Add Widget.
Step 4: Tap and hold and drag the widget to adjust its position according to your preference.
II. Beginner's guide to the Bitget app for Apple Watch
Welcome to the Bitget app for Apple Watch! This guide will walk you through the configuration and use of the Bitget app on Apple Watch.
Step 1: Bind your Apple Watch
  • Launch the Watch app on your iPhone.
  • Go to the Apple Watch page and find Available Apps.
  • Select the Bitget app and tap Install. Make sure the Apple Watch is running.
  • After successful installation, the Apple Watch will be bound to the Bitget app.
Step 2: View your Favorites (screen 1)

  • The first thing you will see on the Apple Watch app is your Favorites.
  • Scroll down to see all the coins, or tap on a trading pair for more details.
  • If you have not added any favorites on the Bitget app, then your Favorites will not be displayed on the Apple Watch.
Step 3: View the markets tab (swipe left to screen 2)
  • Swipe left from Favorites to enter the Markets tab.
  • Real-time quotes for the BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, and BGB/USDT trading pairs will be displayed by default.

  • Scroll down to see the quotes for other trading pairs you have selected.
  • To configure trading pairs for display on the watch, go to Markets on your phone, tap the Real-Time Tracker icon in the upper right corner, and then Add Trading Pair under Apple Watch Settings.
  • You can select a maximum of 10 trading pairs to display in the Markets tab on your Apple Watch. You may also remove trading pairs from the list.
  • Make sure the Bitget app is running on your Apple Watch, or your settings may not be saved.

Step 4: View your positions (swipe left to screen 3)

  • Swipe left again to screen 3, and you can view all your futures and margin trading positions on Bitget.
  • Here, you will see some position details, such as the size and PnL.
Apple Watch notifications

1. Notification settings: Make sure you have allowed notifications from the Bitget app in the Watch app on your iPhone. Go to Notifications under All Watches. Here, you can manage whether to mirror alerts from Bitget on your iPhone.

2. Off-Screen: Usually, notifications will be sent to your Apple Watch if your iPhone's screen is off. If you are using your phone (screen on), notifications are usually displayed on the phone.

3. Do Not Disturb: You may not receive any notifications if you have turned on Do Not Disturb on your iPhone or Apple Watch. Make sure you have turned off Do Not Disturb or specified notifications that are allowed in Do Not Disturb mode.
